The Story Behind the Design

My brother Andrew always wanted to be a Marine. Always  wanted to be First Man In-Last Man Out. He was a Warrior.

He lived his dream in April 2014 when he enlisted in the Marine Corps and headed off to MCRD in

San Diego. I was almost 8 at the time. He did some amazing trainings as a Marine. Range Instructor, Scout Swimmer and MCIWS. He was a Tier One Marine and a great encourager and motivator to all who knew him.

He was killed on his motorcycle August 20th, 2017. This Warrior Line is in honor of him. It is also a tribute to all our Service Members and First Responders all over this country who put their lives on the line for us everyday.

The inspiration for these Bible verses came from Andrew. He was an incredible artist and drew all his own tattoos and used these verses in them. On his keychain was Joshua 1:9 and it has become our family verse.

Scripture References

Blessed Be The One Who Trains Me For Battle

Blessed be the Lord my Rock,

Who trains my hands for war, And my fingers for battle-

Psalm 144:1

You Are Not Forsaken

No man shall be able to stand before you all the days of your life;

as I was with Moses, so I will be with you.

I will not leave you nor forsake you.

Joshua 1:5

Take Courage In The Lord

Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage;

do not be afraid, nor be dismayed,

for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.

Joshua 1:9
